FAQs

Answers To Your Questions

Can I change, add to or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Unfortunately, because of the quick turnaround from order to despatch we’re unable to change, add to or cancel your order once it’s been placed. However, you do have a statutory cancellation right under the distance selling regulations. If on receipt you no longer require the order, you can return the parcel without penalty within 14 days of your order date. You then have 14 days following this cancellation to return your items for a refund. If you wish to do this you will need to advise us in writing of this, simply returning your items does not count as cancelling your order. Please contact us via email with the subject "Cancellation" at ann.scott1@yahoo.com

You are liable to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. In this case you must return your entire order and send them straight back to us with all packaging intact.

What is your return policy?

If your shoes aren't quite right and you'd like to return them to us, please contact us via email at ann.scott1@yahoo.com so we can help you out!  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges - we recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a separate order.

Please let us know within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return your items. You then have a remaining 14 days to return the unwanted items.  All goods must be returned to us unworn.

  • Please re-pack the items you wish to return in the original box or packaging

  • Further details regarding returns will be provided via email

Please note, unless the item is faulty, the customer is liable to cover postage costs.

My item is faulty, what should I do?

Without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you think your item is faulty, please contact us via email at ann.scott1@yahoo.com. Your email should include photos of the following:

  1. The inside of the shoes, showing the label

  2. The side profile of the shoes

  3. The outer sole of the shoes

  4. A photo of the fault(s) - close up of the fault and the whole shoe

Once we have received this information we will seek advice from the manufacturer on your behalf and in the case of a genuine fault offer to repair or replace the shoes. If we are unable to offer a repair or replacement then a credit or refund will be applied.

Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purposes of this procedure, we would expect children's shoes to remain in good condition for three months during normal wear, however we are happy to accept them back for an assessment after this period.

How do I convert UK sizes to EU sizes?

See chart below. Size conversions can only ever be an approximate guide. There is no substitute for having your children's feet fitted by a trained shoe fitter. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of these conversion charts. The chart below is for childrens' sizes only.
