How do I measure my child's shoe size from home?
There are a couple ways this can be done, so find the one that works for you! Don't forget to wear socks!
Each method will require the use of Start-Rites' Children's Shoe Size Conversion Chart or Size Calculator.

If you are looking to convert UK size to EU size find our converter chart HERE!

Method 1 - Ruler
Place their foot on a flat surface with their heel against a straight edge.
Place a ruler beside their foot touching the straight edge their heel is also touching.
Then take the length in millimetres from the tip of their longest toe to their heel.
Convert this size using Start-Rites' Children's Shoe Size Conversion Chart.
Please be aware that their longest toe may not always be their big toe.

Method 2 - Start-Rite's Paper Measure
